What time will the therapist arrive?
I will arrive approximately 10 mins before the appointment to ensure there is enough time to setup the equipment and products.
Where will the therapist park?
So the treatments can be carried out efficiently and effectively for the client, their maybe a large amount of equipment to bring depending on the treatment. Therefore please try to a leave a parking space at the required location to enable me to move the equipment with ease.
Are your prices negotiable?
All Revive Beauty Therapy prices are fixed. Unless you are booking a package or a party then discounts will be applied.
How can I pay?
Revive Beauty Therapy will accept cash or cheque (with a valid Bankers Card) written out to Revive Beauty Therapy. The total cost of your treatment will be confirmed with you at the time of the booking.
Where does the treatment take place?
The treatment will normally take place in the comfort of your home. However, I will travel to your place of work, party venues or any other events.
How do I make a booking?

I need to cancel what will I do?
Please give me at least 24 hours notice. This enables me to allocate your slot to another client and ensures you have plenty time to reschedule to a time that is convenient for you. Remember you might be one of those clients that requires a last minute booking!
I like the idea of the monthly newsletter with the discount vouchers but don't want to be bombarded with Junk Mail?
I will never share any client information with any other company or person. You will only recieve e-mail and post communication from Revive Beauty Therapy.
Why do you ask for my birthday?
Revive Beauty Therapy would like to send you a birthday message with a special discount voucher. This service is only optional and you don't have to register your birthday.
What are your opening hours?
I understand that we all live and work a busy hectic lifestyle so I prefer to have felxibility with my working hours. Please call or e-mail to discuss and I can arrange a time that is convienient for both of us.
I want to have a pamper party or children's party but I want to change the itinerary is this possible?
I am more than happy discuss your requirements and change any treatments or packages to suit your needs.
